Allow inspecting options of running guest

When running a guest it would be nice to have an easy way to inspect its configuration without shutting it down first or manually looking at its configuration file.

One solution would be to allow opening the edit PC window in read-only mode.

Another way would be a new Finder-like info window on the guest side showing the raw command line.

They don't necessarily exclude each other either.
