Full-screen guest window doesn't come back after switching apps

If I run a guest in full-screen mode, then apple+tab to switch to another app, then switch back to Q - the guest never reappears. The Q control panel is there, but doesn't respond to anything and doesn't let me quit Q because the guest is running. Have to force quit and start again.

The same scenario happens if I'm away from my machine and the OS X screensaver comes on. When I unlock the screensaver the guest window (was full-screen) won't reappear, and again I have to force-quit Q and start again.

I can reproduce the cmd-tab problem. I.e. the FS screen cubes away and does not come back after tabbing back to Q (this is because Q is only the controlling app and the guest are separate apps with no dock-Icon). I think we can trick around that.

But my Q control remains active and by clicking the guest PC Q cubes back into the fs guest.
