[kju:] Virtualizer

The virtualizer is intended to enhance the emulation part of Qemu to run some instructions directly on the host CPU (Intel Macs only), giving a major performance increase in x86-on-x86 emulation.

The virtualizer is currently in development and is being discussed in the Qemu forum.
